Nanny, babysitter, home daycare provider, early childhood educator, Ray has been caring for children in various settings for over 15 years. Ray has studied and practiced the RIE method, Waldorf education, and Conscious Parenting. Ray holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, currently cares for two children and works from home in Northern Virginia.
